Switchboard Operations Lead: Team Training & Digital Support

The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust is recruiting a Team Leader for the Switchboard to help manage the day-to-day operations as we move to new bleep and telephony systems.

The post holder will support the Switchboard Manager, supervise operators, and ensure calls are answered quickly and courteously with accurate information logged.

You will contribute to data quality, support rota planning, training, and participate in digital projects across the Trust to improve patient experience.
