Community Partnership Coordinator, Early Help & Family Hub

Coventry City Council is seeking a dedicated Partnership Co-ordinat​or to support early-help services within our Family Hub model, aiming to improve outcomes for children, young people and families in Coventry.

You will work with schools, health services, police and community organisations to design and deliver programmes, engage communities and help families access the right support at the right time. Right to work in the UK is required; DBS check will be required.
