Accredited Programmes Lead – Treatment Manager

Ministry of Justice in Birmingham is recruiting a Treatment Manager to oversee the delivery of Accredited Programmes and Structured Interventions addressing offending behaviour. The role is regionally based, supervising Programme Facilitators and providing professional guidance to improve performance and development opportunities.

You will participate in on‑call cover for referrals and staff support, including evenings and weekends, ensuring programme integrity and adherence to manuals.
