Pastoral Care Coordinator – Part-Time Spiritual Support

St Monica Trust is seeking a Part-time Pastoral Care Coordinator for Westbury Fields, Somerville and John Wills House. You will nurture community, lead acts of worship, and provide pastoral care to residents and families within a multi-faith setting.

Responsibilities include building relationships with residents, guiding end-of-life support, and ensuring records are up to date for regulatory purposes. The role supports the Trust’s compassionate care vision across the village.
