Education Operations & Compliance Manager

Smile Education are recruiting an experienced Operations Manager to work across a handful of School sites, based primarily at their main site in West Bromwich.

This is a full-time role focusing on the effective operational running of the organisation, with strong emphasis on health and safety, compliance, HR processes, and site management support. You will collaborate with senior leaders to maintain standards and improvements.
