Probate Team Lead | Coaching & Mentorship

G2 Legal is seeking an experienced probate/estate management professional to step into an assistant probate team manager role, supporting leadership and overseeing a busy team in Bristol. You will coach, mentor and develop staff while applying your technical probate expertise to complex estate matters.

The role is hybrid, requiring attendance at the Bristol office at least one day per week (ideally two). Previous management experience is valued but the emphasis is on genuine people leadership
