Lead Survivor Support Team (30h, Trauma‑Informed)

RiseUK is seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee a small team of caseworkers and volunteers, advocating for women, families, and LGBT+ communities affected by domestic abuse. The role requires commitment to survivor-centred, trauma-informed approaches and close collaboration with management.

You will lead on developing the Helpline, Casework and Projects, with day-to-day oversight and support for staff and volunteers, ensuring a high standard of practice across services.
