Private Healthcare Concierge & Patient Experience Lead

Practice Plus Group is seeking a Private Healthcare Coordinator to join our team at Milton Heights. You will be the single point of contact for self-pay and insured patients, guiding them from initial enquiry through discharge with a personalised service.

You will manage patient journeys end-to-end, use CRM systems to track progress, coordinate with consultants and insurers, and handle payments and invoices to support a premium patient experience.
