Remote 3rd Line IT Engineer – BAU & Projects

Ascent People Ltd in the West Midlands is recruiting a 3rd Line IT Support Engineer for BAU and project work. The role is remote with occasional office visits, supporting internal and external customers and serving as an escalation point for 2nd and 3rd line tickets.

You will work with Windows Server 2008-2019, Hyper‑V/VMware, Office 365, IAAS/SAAS, SQL Server, Azure, and related technologies, delivering excellent customer service and contributing to automation and project delivery.
