Senior Project Surveyor: Planned Works for Social Housing

Wates Smartspace is recruiting a Project Surveyor to lead commercial delivery on a multi-stream planned works programme across kitchens, bathrooms, roofing and externals for a high-profile social housing client.

You will own cost control, valuations and final accounts from pre-contract through to final account, working with client teams, operations and supply chain to deliver on time, within budget, and safely.
