QA Manager – Food Safety & Quality Leader

The Compleat Food Group is seeking a QA Manager to champion food safety, quality and compliance at our Clitheroe site. You will lead a high‑performing QA team, partner with Production and Supply Chain, and drive continuous improvement to ensure every product meets top standards.

Reporting to the site leadership, you’ll manage HACCP, CAPAs and audits, develop people, and shape a culture of quality across all departments. An impact‑driven role in a fast‑paced food manufacturing environment.
