Maintenance Manager – Lead 16‑Person Team (Mon–Fri, Training & Progression)

Stirling Warrington are recruiting a Maintenance Manager for a busy 24/7 manufacturing site in Chesterfield. You’ll lead a 16-strong maintenance team, with two direct reports, and drive proactive maintenance, reliability and continuous improvement to deliver site performance targets.

This role reports to the Factory Manager, involves developing your people, shaping maintenance strategy, and collaborating with production and other departments.
