Job Description

You will oversee the smooth processing of SCDP Supplementary Declarations for a given customer on a month‑to‑month basis. The role also involves completing month‑end checks to ensure all entries have been accounted for and adhering to HMRC rules to maintain our/the customer’s CFSP Authorisation. This pivotal role requires attention to detail and the ability to work to a process while also considering how those processes can be improved. Experience in Excel is an advantage, but ultimately the ability to expand on basic knowledge and learn new systems is more important. The role requires a strong team ethic but also the ability to work proactively on your own.

Responsibilities

  • Process SCDP Supplementary Declarations on a month‑to‑month basis.
  • Complete month‑end checks ensuring all entries are accounted for.
  • Adhere to HMRC rules and maintain CFSP Authorisation.
  • Identify and suggest process improvements.
  • Collaborate with customs professionals and technology teams.
  • Provide exceptional service in line with SLAs and SOPs.
