Retail Customer Advisor (Brighton, Western Road) – 16 hours
We’re looking for a part‑time Retail Customer Advisor to join our team in Brighton, Western Road. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets in a vibrant retail environment.
- Part‑time: 16 hours per week over 3‑4 days, including weekends on rotation.
- Location: Brighton, Western Road.
- Salary: £13.72 per hour + a 15% on‑target bonus paid monthly based on store performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers and guide them through the product range.
- Provide tailored solutions for mobile or network inquiries.
- Meet personal and store sales KPIs.
- Deliver a positive and inclusive customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a high‑performing environment.
Qualifications & Training
- No prior product knowledge required; full training provided.
- A strong passion for customer service and the ability to understand and meet customer needs.
- A resourceful, proactive attitude towards problem‑solving.
