Global Utilities Engineer – Lead, OEE & Reliability

Hunter Selection is seeking a Utilities Engineer for a prestigious manufacturing group with multiple sites. Lead the utilities team, improve OEE, and drive reliable operation of steam boilers, generators and air compressors across the site.

You will develop and implement maintenance strategies, mentor junior staff, and promote best practices to ensure sustained improvements and industry-standard maintenance.
