Strategic Resource & Labor Planning Manager

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Resource Planning Manager to lead the on-site resource planning team in Stafford, UK. You will turn forecasts into action, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time to support daily operations.

The role focuses on mid- and short-term labour planning, real-time response to operational changes, and close collaboration with Retail teams and agency partners. This is a hands-on leadership position with travel between GXO Retail sites as needed.
