UK-Project Manager – Supply Chain & Procurement (2)

We are looking for a skilled and collaborative Project Manager to lead the SC&P (Supply Chain & Procurement) workstream within a major transformation programme.

Location & Work Pattern: UK, Hybrid remote in London NW10 7YQ. Employment Type: Full‑Time.

Job Description

The role involves managing SAP delivery, coordinating across multiple markets, and ensuring governance and alignment in a federated operating model. Prior experience in the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) sector is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• 5+ years of experience in programme delivery, preferably in CPG or FMCG environments.
• Proven experience with SAP implementations, especially in supply chain and procurement modules.
• Experience working in federated governance models across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex workstreams and cross‑functional teams.
• Proficiency in project tracking tools and reporting (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in programme or workstream delivery, ideally in CPG or FMCG.
• Proven experience with SAP implementations in commercial domains.
• Experience working across multiple markets with federated governance.
