Fleet & Driver Coordinator – Passenger Transport

West Sussex County Council is seeking a Transport Coordinator to lead driver recruitment, resource planning, and fleet management across the county. The role is based at Drayton depot with travel to depots in Clapham, Hop Oast and Worthing.

You will manage around 70 drivers, ensure vehicles and resources are in the right places daily, and collaborate with planners to keep Transport Care Plans and route schedules up to date. A customer‑focused approach and strong people management are essential.
