Thesuccessfulcandidatewillberesponsibleforsupportingthedaytodayoperationsofthecentre,overseeinghealthandsafety,drivingcustomerserviceexcellenceandsupportingtheteam

WeneedaDutyManagerwhowill:

• -Ideallyhaveexperienceworkinginawetanddrysiteleisureoperationatasupervisoryormanagementlevel
• -Beabletoleadandmotivateadiverseteamfullyembracingourcompanyvalues
• -Befocusedonhighcustomerservicestandards
• -Haveexcellentverbal,writtenandITcommunicationskills
• -Createanenvironmentwherecolleaguescanachievetheirfullpotential
• -Havetomanagecostcontrolanddriveincomeinallareasofthebusiness
• -Demonstrateexceptionaltimemanagementanddeadlinecompliance

PleasenotethesuccessfulcandidatewillneedtoachievetheirNationalPoolLifeguard,FirstAidatWork&PoolPlantOperatorsqualificationswithinasettimescale,ifnotalreadyqualified.Thispositionwillinvolveday,eveningandweekendwork,includingpublicholidaysandwillalsorequireaDBScheckpriortostarting
