Salary: £29,640 p/a
Job Purpose
To effectively manage the Dry Cleaning Hub branch, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, providing excellent service to receiver branches, and promoting a positive work environment for hub employees. The manager should maximise both sales and profitability of the branch.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Maintain high standards in housekeeping, maintenance, and stock management, including stockholding, ordering, usage, and organisation, and perform administration, training, and daily tasks.
- Promote excellent customer service to all receivers and manage regular contact regarding garment or administrative issues.
- Ensure correct operating hours to offer next‑day service for receivers.
- Resolve complaints and provide best advice to receivers.
- Conduct regular quality control checks in accordance with training manuals.
- Guarantee security of premises, stock, fittings, and machinery.
- Perform branch stocktaking.
- Carry out daily and weekly administration.
- Mentor and support staff with training.
- Ensure compliance with opening and closing times, operating procedures, and uniform policy.
- Manage colleagues to foster a happy and efficient service.

Experience
- Full training provided; demonstrate competence in all services within a Hub Branch and people management.
