The Role
As a Senior Service Advisor, you’ll act as a key point of contact for customers while supporting the day-to-day running of the Service Reception. You’ll deliver an exceptional customer experience, assist in leading the front-of-house team, and help drive departmental performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service from vehicle check-in through to handover.
- Support and mentor the Service Advisor team to maintain high performance.
- Schedule service and repair work efficiently with the workshop.
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
- Prepare accurate estimates and explain work carried out.
- Promote additional products and services where appropriate.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Ensure all administration is completed accurately and in line with manufacturer standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Senior Service Advisor or an experienced Service Advisor ready to step up within the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- A proactive and professional approach with the ability to lead by example.
- Experience using dealership management systems is advantageous.
- Full UK driving licence.
