Senior Commercial Manager – Construction & Cost Control

Rullion Engineering Cumbria is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead cost management and procurement on site in Sheffield. The role oversees a team of surveyors, manages budgets, and delivers robust cost planning from concept through completion.

You will act as main client contact, ensure adherence to health and safety, and drive value through cost controls and reporting. 60,000–75,000 GBP per year plus benefits, permanent, site-based with occasional travel.
