Banking Client Services Specialist

This banking role sits in the Client Service team as the primary contact for clients’ daily banking needs. You will support onboarding, assist with online banking setup, and guide customers through applications during face-to-face meetings.

You will work with Relationship Managers to convert leads, resolve queries, and process payments, FX, and deposits while helping to identify cross-sell opportunities and ensure regulatory compliance.
