Project Surveyor – Social Housing Refurbishments

Daniel Owen Ltd. seeks a Works Surveyor (Project) for a temporary ongoing assignment in South London (Sutton).

You will manage planned maintenance within social housing and residential properties, carry out surveys, feasibility studies, and prepare specifications, drawings, and tender documents. You’ll handle contract administration, procurement, budgeting, and end-to-end project delivery, including major refurbishments, meetings, and KPI tracking.
