Deputy Manager – Lead Children’s Residential Care Team

Sgscare in Burgess Hill is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager for their children’s residential home. You will lead shifts, support staff, and maintain compliance in a nurturing environment for children and young people facing emotional and behavioural challenges.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in children’s residential care, including supervising staff, and hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare. A strong understanding of safeguarding and Ofsted regulations is essential.

The position offers competitive pay starting from £38,602.40 per annum plus benefits, including a pension scheme and free training.
