Carbon60 is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to support the one of the leading project in Cirencester .The role will involve coordinating site activities, ensuring the necessary documentation is in place, and acting as a link between the project team, operational teams, and subcontractors.

Site Supervisor

Location: Cirencester, GL7

Duration: 29 June – 4 October

Rate: £350-£400 per day (CIS)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning and preparation of site works.
• Coordinate supplier and subcontractor RAMS and method statements.
• Liaise with the project and operational teams regarding access requirements, permits, and planned activities.
• Compile and manage 5 Week Look Ahead (5WLA) programmes.
• Organise and deploy site teams to ensure works are delivered safely and efficiently.
• Monitor site activities and ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
• Support communication between all parties involved in the project.
• Maintain site records and documentation as required.

Essential Requirements

• Valid CSCS Card.
• SMSTS or SSSTS qualification.
• Previous experience in a site supervision role within construction, utilities, civil engineering, or water sector projects.
• Good understanding of RAMS, safe systems of work, and site coordination activities.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
