Summary

Our client is a well‑established regional main contractor with a steady workflow of new and existing projects. They have recently secured several new projects and require a Project Quantity Surveyor to support the national framework upgrading existing hotels, covering largely new fit‑out and bedroom upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Work with procurement, sub‑contractors, cost control, and preparation of budgets.
• Lead two schemes, with travel covered and expensed.
• Deliver fit‑out or refurbishment projects for hotels.

Qualifications

• Self‑motivated with proven experience delivering fit‑out or refurbishment projects.
• Previous experience, ideally working for a main building contractor.
