Training Captain – New Nike London Flagship

Start Date: October 2026

As a Training Captain, you are responsible for igniting a culture of service and selling, and for developing the operational acumen needed to create world‑class standards, productivity, and performance with the support of In‑Store Trainers from your cluster of stores.

What You Will Work On

• Execute training strategies to drive Nike Stores’ priorities through your network of In‑Store Trainers (ISTs).
• Support the training rollout of service initiatives.
• Plan and scale Training Community activations across athlete onboardings, seasonal game time, service initiatives and value drops, in partnership with the League’s Senior Training Captain.
• Partner with store leadership to build a strong and diverse team of In‑Store Trainers for your departments.
• Coach and support the development of the ISTs in collaboration with their Head Coach.
• Drive improved store performance across key measures of success in training, service and operations; monitor and recap program launches within the London Flagship to ensure high uptake and retention.
• Deliver store onboardings and team trainings on Nike brand standards in stores, where required.

Who We Are Looking For

• Passionate about sport, retail and training.
• Multiple years of relevant experience in store people management or team lead roles supervising direct and indirect teams.
• Strong team player with demonstrated ability to manage own schedule and work independently.
• Capable of creating cross‑functional partnerships within the league and Geo teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and local languages.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Demonstrated ability to create and deliver high‑impact presentations.
• Capable of inspiring, engaging and influencing teammates.
• Ability to communicate key training initiatives aligned to business priorities with clarity and confidence.
