Landfill Operations Supervisor – Day Shift & Benefits

Tarmac is recruiting a Landfill Supervisor – DAYS at the Hendy Landfill site near Pontyclun. You will lead the operational team, oversee daily landfill activities, ensure safety standards, and maintain compliance with policies and procedures while driving performance to meet KPI targets.

The role is a DAYS position, Monday to Friday, with overtime to meet production needs. Ideal candidates have COTC in inert waste, supervisory experience, and relevant qualifications.
