Job Overview
This key role ensures accurate income collection and supports wider financial priorities, leading income operations, driving efficiency, strengthening controls, and improving processes with a customer‑focused service and effective risk management.
Responsibilities
- Lead income operations, driving efficiency, strengthening controls, and improving processes.
- Act as the service lead for Accounts Receivable & Income and Fees & Finance, ensuring the integrity, governance and effectiveness of all related processes across the University.
- Provide specialist advice and recommendations to the Head of Operational Finance and senior Finance colleagues on income performance, risk and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
- Educated to Level 4 or equivalent qualification, or equivalent professional experience in finance, income management or operational finance.
- Experience in income or financial operations in a complex environment.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Commercially aware professional.
