Community Care Team Lead — Flexible Hours & Pension

South Lanarkshire Council is seeking a Community Support Co‑ordinator to lead the delivery of community care services in East Kilbride. You will manage a team of Home Carers, assess service users’ needs, and supervise care provision to ensure high quality, person‑centred support.

As part of the locality team you will monitor referrals, review care within timescales, and work with multidisciplinary colleagues to improve outcomes while maintaining safeguarding compliance and professional standards.
