Void Property Maintenance Scheduler

Berry Recruitment are seeking a Void Maintenance Co-ordinator in Southampton to allocate work to trades, load inspection sheets, and coordinate with energy suppliers for council properties. The role starts ASAP on a 3–6 month contract, with early Friday finishes and full training provided.

Office is based at the Housing Operations depot in Nursling, with standard Mon-Thu 07:30–16:15 and Fri 07:30–15:15 shifts.
