AI-Driven Production Strategist for Enterprise Onboarding

LILT is seeking a Production Strategist to oversee end-to-end onboarding and implementation for a portfolio of complex Enterprise localization accounts. You will drive AI-enabled workflows, automation and agentic tooling at the core of solution design, ensuring successful service delivery and SLA attainment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope services, create proposals, and maintain performance against KPIs, including onboarding time, account health, and SLA adherence.
