What skills and experience we’re looking for
GCSE Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling information and producing documents.
Ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues, schools and external stakeholders.
A professional, reliable and customer‑focused approach.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in administration, customer service, education or a voluntary setting would be beneficial.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, is desirable.
Experience of coordinating meetings, managing diaries or supporting administrative processes would be advantageous.
