Nub News in Warwick is seeking an experienced Senior People Partner to provide strategic and operational HR support across a designated business area. You will partner with senior leaders to translate business objectives into people priorities and deliver expert guidance across the full employee life cycle.

You will help shape and deliver the people strategy, support organisational change, drive talent initiatives, improve engagement, and provide risk-based guidance on complex people matters.
