Strategic Director, Housing Assets & Investment

Sellick Partnership is seeking a Director of Housing Property and Investment for a Bristol-based client on an initial 12-month contract. The role requires attendance at Bristol offices two days per week and reports to the Executive Director of Housing.

You will provide strategic leadership across housing asset management, including responsive repairs, compliance, capital investments and building safety, with a strong focus on value for money and service improvement.
