US/UK Tax Senior Manager – London – £85-100k

cer Financial are working alongside a leading tax, accountancy and business advisory firm. They are seeking a US/UK Tax Senior Manager to join their London office, managing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients and supporting the continued growth of the business.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of US/UK high-net-worth tax clients.
• Provide US and UK tax advisory services to individuals.
• Lead client relationships and deliver high-quality tax advice.
• Oversee department work planning and resource allocation.
• Conduct appraisals and mentor junior team members.
• Provide technical guidance and day-to-day support to the team.
• Contribute to Management Committee meetings and firm initiatives.
• Support business performance targets and strategic objectives.
• Develop client relationships and identify advisory opportunities.

Qualifications

• ATT, Enrolled Agent (EA), or equivalent tax qualification.
• Experience managing a portfolio of HNW US/UK tax clients.
• Strong technical knowledge of US and UK personal taxation.
• Previous management experience or readiness to step into a managerial role.
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team development experience.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to identify business development opportunities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
