Head of Care | Lead Residential Care for Youth

North Lakes Children’s Services is seeking a Head of Care to provide strategic leadership across residential homes and continuously improve outcomes for children and young people. You will drive safeguarding, development and strong partnerships with families, professionals and commissioners.

You will lead and develop a dedicated care team, oversee planning and reporting, and work with central functions to ensure resources and quality standards are met.
