Senior Design Engineer – Civils/Highways (Hybrid)

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Senior Design Engineer with civils or highways experience to join a growing firm in Nottingham. The role leads design and delivery of projects, provides technical guidance, and mentors junior team members.

Working hours are 9am–5pm with flexible times and hybrid options, allowing up to two days work from home. This position offers progression to technical lead and comprehensive in-house training.
