PT group in Birmingham seeks a Solicitor (0–3 PQE) to join our Social Housing practice within Healthcare. You will advise Registered Providers on a broad mix of contentious and advisory housing matters and develop your advocacy skills from day one in a supportive, ambitious team.

You will handle varied caseloads across litigation and advisory work, including possession, injunctions, disrepair, and complex tenancy issues, while building your profile and contributing to policy development.
