Head of Maintenance – Care Home: Lead Trades & Grounds

Barchester is seeking a Head of Maintenance to ensure a clean, well-maintained environment for residents and staff.

You will lead a maintenance team, handle a range of tasks in the building and grounds, and support annual budget planning with the General Manager, while coordinating with external contractors as needed. A full UK driving licence and hands-on trades experience are essential.
