Specialist Palliative Care Social Worker – 12-Month Cover

St Luke’s Hospice in Sheffield is seeking a Specialist Palliative Care Social Worker to join a multidisciplinary team on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover. You’ll provide specialist social work input across inpatient, outpatient and community settings, supporting patients with life-limiting conditions and their families.

The post requires current Social Work England registration, experience with safeguarding and DoLS, and the ability to work autonomously within an MDT.
