Finance Officer

Finance Officer required to start immediately working with our client the WHSCT, this post will be based in Tyrone and Fermanagh hospital, Omagh.

This post is required for an initial period of 6 months, with the possibility of extension. Working hours will be Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm, and this will be paid at a rate of £14.06 per hour.

The main duties of this role will be:

• Process and maintain accurate financial records in accordance with the Trusts financial procedures
• Manage the processing of invoices, purchase orders, journals, and payment requests, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
• To facilitate the collection and payment service for service users
• To support the management of the Direct Payments system including setting up payment schedules, monitoring, maintaining and liaising with users and staff in relation to Direct Payments

What We Need From You:

• Successful applicants must be CCAB Part qualified or equivalent, or hold a University degree in either Financing, accounting, or Business
• 1 year experience in a finance role
• Alternatively, 4 years experience in a finance role
