We are currently recruiting for2 Cooksto join well-established nursing homes, withone position available in Magherafelt and one in Ballymena. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced cook who enjoys preparing nutritious, home-cooked meals and making a positive difference to residents’ daily lives.
Pay & Hours:??Monday Friday: £15.50 per hour??Saturday: £17.50 per hour??Sunday: £19.50 per hour??7:00am 5:00pm??3 days per week, including alternating weekends
The Role:As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and serving nutritious, home-cooked meals for residents in a nursing home setting. You will work from a set meal plan, preparing traditional dishes such as stews, soups, and other homemade meals while ensuring all meals are prepared to a high standard. You will also maintain high levels of food hygiene, ensure the kitchen is kept clean and organised, and follow all food safety procedures.
