Role: Deputy Area Manager – Mulhern Close, Omagh
Hours: 39 hours per week
Working Pattern: Mon-Thurs: 8am-4pm and Fri 8am-3pm
Contract: Permanent

As the Deputy Area Manager at our Mulhern Close service, you’ll be at the heart of that mission, effectively managing, leading and supporting your team, whilst ensuring that service users are supported in ways that promote their independence and quality of life.
?? About the Role
You will:
- Develop current Services in line with appropriate Government, local and regional, strategies, to identify new opportunities for growth and to secure commissioning arrangements for these services. Within that context he/she will be expected to work closely with the Area Manager and on their own initiative.
- Facilitate the liaison with professionals and middle management within Health and Social Care Trusts, and other relevant agencies.
- Be responsible for the promotion and development of good relationships with the people who use our services, their friends and relatives and between the people who use our services and staff.
- Builds trust and lead by role modelling the values of integrity, compassion and professionalism and expects them from others.
- Promote a positive working atmosphere by supporting a culture of empowerment, transparency and development.
- Contribute to the conditions for high levels of staff wellbeing by providing ideas, leadership and encouragement.
- Support the development of Inspire’s staff wellbeing strategy by suggesting wellbeing initiatives and ideas.
