Senior Care Team Lead — Residential Home

Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is seeking a Residential Senior Carer to lead a team of care staff in delivering person-centred care within our care home. You will supervise shifts, provide on-the-job training and ensure high standards of safety and well-being for residents.

You will administer and order medications, review care plans and risk assessments, and communicate with GPs, district nurses and residents’ families.
