Senior Care Leader (Nights) – Growth, Training & Flexible Hours

St Philips Care is seeking a Senior Care Assistant Nights at Cathedral Care Centre in Lincoln. You will lead, develop and coordinate a team of care workers to provide the highest standards of care and maintain residents’ dignity, while supporting the Manager in running the home.

The role requires NVQ 3 / MA L3 in Health and Social Care (or working towards it), prior experience as a senior in a residential or nursing setting, and a genuine passion for elder care.
