Impactful Residential Care Worker for Disabled Children (Part-Time)

Bristol City Council is recruiting two part-time Residential Worker positions in Hengrove (moving to Henbury in 2027). The role supports children with disabilities in a residential setting, delivering high-quality care and advocacy to ensure voices and needs are heard.

Responsibilities include shift work, weekends, bank holidays and evenings. Enhanced DBS check is required. Shortlisting will assess against the person specification and essential criteria.
