We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic community-based team covering the Scottish Borders. Therapists provide individualised assessment and intervention to a range of children aged 0–18 with varying occupational difficulties – motor, sensori‑motor and/or neuro‑developmental – alongside our universal and targeted support. Input is provided in a variety of settings, including children’s homes, schools and health centres. Regular clinical supervision and learning opportunities are available to support ongoing professional development.
Responsibilities
- Conduct individualised assessment and intervention for children aged 0–18.
- Deliver support in children’s homes, schools, and health centres.
- Participate in regular clinical supervision and professional development activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Post registration experience in occupational therapy.
- Valid driving licence with access to a car is essential.

This can be proven through visa, EU settled or pre‑settled status, or other routes. If you do not yet have the necessary eligibility, sponsorship may be possible for certain posts, provided you meet the required salary threshold and the employer is a licensed sponsor.
