We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic community-based team covering the Scottish Borders. Therapists provide individualised assessment and intervention to a range of children aged 0–18 with varying occupational difficulties – motor, sensori‑motor and/or neuro‑developmental – alongside our universal and targeted support. Input is provided in a variety of settings, including children’s homes, schools and health centres. Regular clinical supervision and learning opportunities are available to support ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct individualised assessment and intervention for children aged 0–18.
  • Deliver support in children’s homes, schools, and health centres.
  • Participate in regular clinical supervision and professional development activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Post registration experience in occupational therapy.
  • Valid driving licence with access to a car is essential.
