Rapid Response Home Care Specialist (On-Call)

City & County Healthcare Group is seeking a Rapid Response Care Assistant who will receive full training and clinical support to develop skills in complex areas such as tracheotomy care, ventilation, and seizure management while delivering high-quality home-based care.

You will travel to clients within a 100-mile radius, participate in an on-call rota, and help maintain accurate care records in line with regulatory requirements.
